Authentication

Authenticate every request with a bearer token in the Authorization header.

Rotating keys

Create a second key, deploy it, then revoke the old one. Revoked keys stop working within a few seconds. A key that was exposed should be revoked immediately from Settings → API keys.

Idempotency

Send an Idempotency-Key header on POST requests. Repeating a request with the same key within 24 hours returns the original response instead of creating a duplicate.
